The individual spheres that come out of the fruit are bright and acidic, the rind is very aromatic and reminiscient of Kaffir limes.   We absolutely love these, they offer the ability to add little acidic doses to any dish-  The rinds make an excellent spirit infusion (basically put them in vodka for 1-2 weeks)
